1. Introduction

The present document is elaborated in accordance with and for the implementation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and regarding the free circulation of these data (the “Regulation”);

The purpose of this document is to inform you in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, regarding the processing of your personal data by MEDIA YOUNG SRL, Romanian legal entity, with the registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Baciului, no. 47, Cluj County, J12/1094/02.10.2000, and CUI 13427730.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the Regulation, we inform you of the following information:

2. Identity and contact data of the Operator

Your personal data are processed by: MEDIA YOUNG SRL, Romanian legal entity, with the registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Calea Baciului, no. 47, Cluj County, J12/1094/02.10.2000, and CUI 13427730. According to the Regulation, the Company holds the status of Operator, respectively the legal person which establishes the purposes and the means for the processing of your personal data.

3. The personal data that we process

We may process the following personal data, regarding you, as the case may be: Name, surname email, telephone, IP, bank account, as well as any other necessary data, which you fill in when placing an order.

4. The purposes for which your personal data is processed

If necessary, we process the data mentioned in art. 3 for the following purposes: to carry out the necessary steps for contracting the services/ products offered and for the execution of the contract.

We do not process your data for other purposes, and we will inform you and/ or, if necessary, we will obtain your consent, according to the legal provisions, in the situation when we intend to process/ we will process your personal data and in other purposes.

5. The grounds on which we process your personal data

If necessary, we process your personal data mentioned in art. 3 under the provisions of art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the Regulation, in order to conclude a contract.

6. The period of storage of your personal data

We will store your personal data as the case may be: until the full execution of the contract (to which is added the period of storage of accounting records) or, if you give up the conclusion of the contract, until the moment when you communicate this to us (except the data collected at the time of payment).

At the end of the period for which your data is stored, as specified above, it will be deleted.

7. Recipients of personal data

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties, with the following exceptions: we will be able to send your data to the competent authorities when we have a legal obligation to this respect; we will be able to transmit your data to our providers who offer us services such as: accounting services, hosting services, fleet monitoring and payment services.

8. Where we store your personal data

Your personal data is stored throughout the European Union.

9. Security measures

We process your personal data in accordance with our internal data security policy. In this regard, we assure you that we have implemented all the security measures required by the legislation in force to ensure the security of your data.

In the event of a breach of the security of your personal data that may generate a high risk for your rights and freedoms, we will inform you without delay about this breach and we will take all necessary measures to remedy the problem and/ or mitigate the negative effects.

10. Automatic decision-making processes

Please note that we do not use automatic decision-making processes related to you, and you will not be subject to decisions based solely on automatic processing, including profiling.

11. Your rights

11.a. The right to access.

You have the right to obtain a confirmation of the processing of your personal data and to gain access to this data. To the extent that you will send us a request in this regard, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we process about you along with all the information we have the obligation to provide, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

11.b. The right of correction and deletion.

You have the right to request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You also have the right to request the deletion of personal data when it is no longer required in relation to the purposes for which it was processed, or if its processing is illegal.

11.c. The right to restrict processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following cases: you challenge the accuracy of the data, in which case you can request the restriction of the processing for the time period in which we check the accuracy of the data; the processing is illegal and you oppose to the deletion of data; we no longer need your personal data, but you request them for ascertaining, exercising or defending a right in court.

11.d. The right to opposition

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or for reasons related to the particular situation in which you may find yourself. In such a situation, we will no longer process your personal data, except in situations where according to the Regulation we can continue processing your data.

11.e. The right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us and which concern you in a structured format, which is currently used and can be read automatically. You also have the right to send this data to another operator.

12. The exercise of your rights

In order to exercise any of your rights, please send us your request in writing, to the email address: office@youngworks.ro.

We will reply to your request without undue delay, within a maximum of one month, except in the situation where due to the complexity or the number of requests we will have to extend the response period by a maximum of 2 months, according to the Regulation.

We also anticipate that we may ask you to provide information to confirm your identity (for example, click on a verification link, enter a username or password) in order to exercise your rights.

13. Filing a complaint with the Supervisory Authority

In case you feel that your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority, respectively the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data, with its registered office in B-dul G-ral.
